Pacha creates images using a unique ‘layered in camera’ photographic style, that explores the mystical and mysterious sides of humanity. She is interested in creating opportunities for ‘humans to be seen’ and vulnerabilities to be shared, while connecting deeply through social art and civic practices.
SOUL PORTRAITS
Working with the photographic medium, I create layered images in-camera through multiple exposures, aiming to weave together texture and form. Embracing the unknown, my images are not pre-planned but emerge through spontaneous creative play. Each series of images uniquely captures the essence of the subject, documenting their story and their personal connection to the sacred. This work is rooted in ancient Animistic wisdom. For millennia, humans have engaged with the spirit world, understanding their own power in relation to the natural world. Earth rituals, along with journeys and ceremonies, have facilitated profound healing and growth across various cultures throughout history. As the modern world evolves, these traditions adapt, and we discover new ways to integrate ancient knowledge. One such way is through creation with mystery..

SOCIAL ART
By partnering with individuals and organizations, art for social change becomes a dynamic dialogue striving to question and reshape prevailing norms and address societal injustices.
I have collaborated with Indigenous activists, undocumented immigrants, and refugees to foster vital conversations through artistic practice.
Commercial/Civic Art
My mission is to transform everyday spaces into extraordinary experiences through the power of art. Civic and commercial art serve as vibrant cornerstones in the tapestry of urban life, enriching our environments and fostering a deeper connection between people and their surroundings.

WORK WITH ME
By replacing fear of the unknown with curiosity we open ourselves up to an infinite stream of possibility. We can let fear rule our lives or we can become childlike with curiosity, pushing our boundaries, leaping out of our comfort zones, and accepting what life puts before us.
